因為酒店房間漏水維修，所以沒有入住。但是酒店幫我們約了一個更貴，但也離車站更遠的酒店。讓我們走了更多的路，但是也發現了邊上一個非常漂亮的城市公園。

Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Gebucht waren 2 Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren bei Ankunft nicht sauber – staubiger Boden, Haare im Bad, und die Bettwäsche wirkte benutzt. Nach Reklamation sahen die weiteren 2-3 Zimmer nicht anders aus. Fingernägel auf dem Boden im Badezimmer etc. Der Service war ebenfalls schwach: nach erster Reklamation, freies Parken. Nach den weiteren Unanehmlichkeiten kein wirklich weiteres Entgegenkommen. Zudem lauter und aufdringlicher Tonfall.  Für den „Namen“ des Hotels hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Nicht zu empfehlen!

酒店位置超好，出站就是，特別適合乘德鐵遊玩的我們，火車出發前10幾分鐘出門就來得及。入住和退房都非常快。步行即可到達不來梅主要景點。雙床房一張床寬度大概1.4M，同樣適合二寶家庭。

房間挺好，應該又新裝修了，有一點點味道，但是可以接受，前台服務很好，早餐也還可以，出車站就到，對面室Aldl超市，很方便，

Gutes Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof.Fenster gut schallisoliert.Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, daher kann ich nichts dazu sagen.Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

1. 這次入住體驗絕佳！從前台的熱情接待，到房間的整潔舒適，都讓人滿意。早餐更是驚喜，種類豐富，味道超讚！唯一小遺憾是停車費略高，不過整體不影響我給五星好評，下次還來！ 2. 酒店服務太貼心啦！房間佈置溫馨，設施一應俱全。早餐的選擇很多，中式西式都有，吃得超滿足。就是停車收費要是能再優惠些就完美了，總體很推薦！ 3. 必須誇誇這家酒店！房間乾淨整潔，住得舒服。早餐食材新鮮，烹飪入味，吃得超開心。雖然停車費有點小貴，但服務和環境完全能彌補，值得再來！

The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit "Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum" and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements "be part of the future" (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management. My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

酒店位置確實很好，就在中央火車站旁邊，但不用擔心夜晚吵，因為幾乎沒有火車聲音。不萊梅是個小城市，走路去市中心也就15分鐘。酒店硬件設施還是非常過關的，對得起這個價格。唯一美中不足的是前台入住時候，其中一個接待系統宕機了，前台服務的女生讓我稍 等—這當然可以理解，我也表示接受—但稍後她開始接待起別的入住旅客，儼然把我忘了，致使等待時間長，有點難接受。所以服務衹給4分。退房時候的接待生非常好，很耐心和友善。
